        How big is it, really?

        Squares are 39 x 39 inches. Discs and round rugs are 39 inches across. Cartridge cut-outs are about 39 inches at the widest point and follow the shape of the cartridge, so they are not square.

        What is it made of?

        A 6 mm printed pile, printed in full color edge to edge. No white border, no framing. The print runs right to the stitched edge.

        Will it work on carpet or a hard floor?

        Both. On carpet it sits flat on its own. On a hard floor, a cheap rug pad underneath will stop it sliding around in a room that gets a lot of traffic.

        How do I clean it?

        Vacuum on a low setting. Spot clean with a damp cloth and a little mild soap. Do not machine wash it and do not put it in a tumble dryer.

        How long does shipping take?

        Shipping is free on every order with no minimum spend. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, then standard delivery takes 2 to 9 business days. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as it leaves us.

        What if I do not like it?

        Email us within 30 days of delivery and send it back for a refund. If it turns up damaged or it is the wrong rug, we cover the return and you choose a replacement or a full refund.
